Cancellation and Refund Policy
Last Updated: August 17, 2026
This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to products and services purchased through Alexis Life LLC (“Alexis,” “Alexis Life,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Policy is incorporated into the Alexis Life Terms of Use.
1. Medical Eligibility
Purchasing an Alexis treatment program, completing an intake questionnaire, or submitting payment does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Healthcare services are provided by independent licensed healthcare professionals (“Providers”) who determine whether a treatment or medication is clinically appropriate.
Medical Disqualification
If a Provider determines that you are not medically eligible for the treatment you purchased, you will receive a refund of the amount paid for the affected treatment program, provided the applicable medication or Service has not already been fulfilled.
A separately disclosed clinical consultation, laboratory service, or other Service that has already been completed may be non-refundable if that condition was disclosed before purchase.
2. Cancelling a Recurring Program
You may cancel a recurring Alexis program at any time by contacting:
Subject: CANCELLATION REQUEST
To prevent your next scheduled recurring charge, your cancellation request must be received at least 72 hours before your next billing date.
If your cancellation request is received less than 72 hours before the next billing date and the renewal has already entered processing, the scheduled charge may still occur and your cancellation will take effect for the following billing cycle.
After cancellation, you may continue to receive Services through the end of the period already paid for, where applicable and clinically appropriate.
3. Monthly or Recurring Billing
If your program is billed monthly or on another recurring basis, no refund will generally be issued for the billing period in which your cancellation occurs or for prior billing periods, except in the case of medical disqualification or another circumstance expressly covered by this Policy or required by law.
Cancellation stops future renewals after the cancellation becomes effective.
4. Prepaid Multi-Period Programs
If you purchase a program covering two or more treatment periods in advance, you may receive a refund for future treatment periods for which:
- medication has not been shipped;
- medication has not entered irreversible Pharmacy fulfillment; and
- the associated Services have not already been provided.
Amounts associated with treatment periods for which medication has already been prepared, compounded, dispensed, shipped, or entered irreversible fulfillment are not refundable except where required by law.
If a prepaid program was sold at a discounted price based upon its duration, any adjustment to a refund based on the shorter treatment period actually received will apply only if that adjustment was disclosed to you before purchase.
5. Prescription Medication
Prescription medications are prepared or dispensed for an identified individual patient and generally cannot be returned to a Pharmacy for resale or reuse.
Accordingly, prescription medication is non-returnable and generally non-refundable once it has been compounded, dispensed, shipped, or entered irreversible Pharmacy fulfillment.
A refund will not ordinarily be issued merely because:
- you change your mind;
- you decide not to use medication already fulfilled;
- you discontinue treatment;
- you experience an expected or disclosed side effect; or
- you do not achieve the result you hoped for.
Individual responses to treatment vary, and Alexis does not guarantee any particular treatment result.
6. Provider Discontinues Treatment
A Provider may determine that treatment should be modified or discontinued based on independent professional medical judgment.
If a Provider medically discontinues your treatment before future medication or Services have entered non-refundable fulfillment, Alexis will refund amounts paid for future treatment periods that will not be provided.
A change in dosage, medication, formulation, or treatment plan does not automatically create a right to a refund where the treatment program continues.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Medication
Please inspect your shipment promptly after receipt.
If medication appears to be damaged, incorrect, compromised, or materially different from what was prescribed, do not use it until you receive appropriate guidance.
Contact:
as soon as reasonably possible.
Alexis may request photographs or other information and will coordinate with the applicable Pharmacy where necessary.
Where a fulfillment error or damage is confirmed, the medication may be replaced, reshipped, refunded, or otherwise appropriately resolved depending on the circumstances.
8. Shipping Delays, Lost Packages, and Delivery Issues
Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Routine delays caused by a Pharmacy, carrier, weather, holidays, inventory, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances outside Alexis’s reasonable control do not automatically create a right to a refund.
If a shipment is lost or materially delayed through no fault of your own, Alexis will assist in coordinating an appropriate resolution with the applicable Pharmacy or carrier.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for promptly retrieving delivered medication.
9. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.
After Alexis issues a refund, additional processing time may be required by your bank, credit-card issuer, or other payment provider before the credit appears in your account.
10. Applicable Law
Nothing in this Policy limits any cancellation, refund, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
Where applicable law provides rights that are more protective than this Policy, applicable law controls.
